　We are pleased to announce that Fuji Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Chiryu, Aichi; president & CEO: Mr. Nobuyuki Soga）and Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; president & CEO: Mr. Masahiko Miyata) have agreed to form a capital business partnership for joint-development of the next generation of medical devices in the catheter intervention field.
